I was pleasantly surprised by the late check-out service provided by the hotel staff, as we arrived late and were worried about not being able to access our accommodation. the security/out of hours team was extremely helpful and efficient, ensuring that we were able to settle in quickly and comfortably. the accommodation itself exceeded my expectations with its spotlessly clean chalet, complete with a small Christmas tree and card for a special festive touch. the easy access to the beach via a wide, albeit steep path with handrails, allowed for some breathtaking views and invigorating walks by the crashing waves. Overall, the Isle of Wight campsite far surpassed my high expectations, and I will definitely be returning in the future for another wonderful stay.
